We Know You Care!
The FAMILY plays an important role in the maintenance of quality mental health services.
Our team wants to know about your overall SATISFACTION with the services your child receives.
As a TEAM, we work together to ensure quality services for children.
The Family Satisfaction Team interviews families of children receiving services. These meetings are free of charge, anonymous and confidential.
We provide the opportunity for you to freely share your thoughts and concerns about your child's care with parents who know what it's like. (We, too, have children in the system.) Your information, included in our monthly reports, will be used in the evaluation and improvement of services.
We will be glad to meet with you at your child's facility, our office or wherever it's most convenient for you.

FST is a mandated part of the PA Health Choices behavioral Health program, authorized through the Westmoreland County MH/MR Program and located in the office of the Mental Health Association.
Pertinent feedback will be sent to mental health providers with follow-up as meeded.
