IM4Q - Independent Monitoring for Quality

What is IM4Q?
The purpose of the IM4Q is to determine how satisfied individuals are with the services provided by the Westmoreland County MR Program.
How does it work?
- The IM4Q Coordinator will arrange for an appointment to conduct an interview.
- The independent monitors will talk with you at a convenient time and place.
- The questionnaire will take approximately one hour to complete.
- Your identity will be kept confidential.
- Information will be shared with the state and county MR representatives.
- Your input may improve the services you receive.
